Shipping & Returns

Micromosa is a tiny (1 person!) business and I don’t keep a vast amount of stock on-hand, therefore the majority of models will be made specially to order.
Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive the email indicating that your model(s) have shipped.

Shipping Policy

UK Orders

All orders to UK-based addresses will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

You will receive a link to track your order as soon as a dispatch note has been generated, though do please note that this does not indicate that the item has been collected by the courier. You should receive a further email as soon as your item has shipped and is with the courier.

International Orders

Micromosa is currently shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, New Zealand, Phillipines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

I’m hoping to get European shipping up-and-running soon, but I need time to go through all the legislation to get this done!

Please note that as all items are dispatched from the UK, you may be liable to pay customs/import duty on your order. Commodity codes for each item can be found in the ‘Additional information’ tab on their respective product pages to help you calculate this. Micromosa cannot pay this on your behalf so please ensure you’re happy with this before ordering!

If you cannot find the commodity code on your country’s customs website,then look up the tariff for Articles of plaster/gypsum.

Returns Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please let me know and I will arrange a replacement to be sent out at no cost to you. Please bear in mind though, that small flaws and defects with the models are inevitable due to the nature of the material and hand-casting process which is made clear before purchase.

UK Orders

If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to return your item(s), please fill out your information on the Contact form and I will get back to your with details on how you can do this. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as received and your order will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
You will not be reimbursed for the cost of return postage.

International Orders

Micromosa is only a 1 person operation and at this moment I cannot accept international returns (unless your order has arrived damaged – see above), so please make sure you’re happy to go ahead before purchasing.
