Hand-cast architectural model of the Brudenell Social Club – one of Leeds’ most celebrated music venues, and a popular recreation space.

3D miniature architectural model, hand-cast from acrylic-reinforced plaster.
Comes gift boxed and includes a technical drawing style postcard.

Please note that the decorative base depicted in the photos is for illustrative purposes only and is not included with the model.

The Brudenell Social Club in it’s current location originally formed as an exclusive members-only Gentlemen’s club back in 1913 after a move from their hosted premises on the site of the current Hyde Park Picture House.

The original building on Queen’s Road was a wooden affair, which was then totally demolished and rebuilt more solidly in 1978 with a sunken cabaret room to accommodate various live performances.

With a burgeoning student population in the Hyde Park area of Leeds, the club shifted to hosting live music in the early 1990s, and in 2007, dispensed with the membership requirements. Today the club still functions as one of Leeds’ main social hubs and is internationally renowned for it’s varied roster of music events.
